Spotlight Projects: DBE, Workforce, and OJT Report

Spotlight projects are projects of heightened interest because of dollar value, location, or other relevant factors

About the DBE Progress Report

Stakeholders use the Spotlight Projects Report to review DBE, workforce, and OJT data on selected large projects. Specifically, the report shows DBE participation to date, compares labor hours worked by women and people of color against applicable workforce participation goals, and provides OJT trainee and hours data.

Use the buttons at the top right to navigate to the three report pages.

  • DBE: Displays current DBE payments and progress toward reaching the DBE commitments.
  • Workforce & OJT: Displays current workforce participation data for women, people of color, and by race/ethnicity. Displays OJT trainee and hours data.
