Railroad Street to close from Garfield Ave. to 5th Ave. W in Duluth
DULUTH, Minn. — Railroad Street in Duluth will close weekdays between Garfield Avenue and 5th Avenue West for about two weeks beginning Monday, September 30. During the closure, the BNSF Railroad will replace existing rail crossings.
Railroad Street will reopen to traffic the weekend of October 5, 6. The project is expected to be completed by Friday, October 11.
BNSF will not post an official detour route. Motorists should plan an alternate route during the closure.
