Highway 2 detour in Proctor begins Thursday
DULUTH, Minn. — If weather cooperates, Highway 2 in Proctor will be detoured for about three weeks beginning this week.
Crews will be closing Highway 2 on the northwest end of Proctor beginning Thursday to replace two culverts. The signed detour will follow East Railroad Avenue. The work is estimated to take 20 days to complete.
