Hwy 371 in Cass Lake to temporarily close for railroad maintenance September 11-13
BEMIDJI, Minn.—Highway 371 in Cass Lake will be temporarily closed between Tuesday, Sept. 11 and Thursday, Sept. 13, as railroad crews complete a project to replace the tracks and concrete surface at the crossing.
Traffic will be detoured to Cass County Road 22, Hubbard County Road 9, County Road 45 and Highway 2.
During this work, the Heartland State Trail in Cass Lake will also be temporarily closed.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, and reminds them to slow down in the work zone and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
