About this project
Work on a new $11.3 million Hwy 10 and Benton CR 2 interchange in Rice began in July 2013. The interchange replaces the existing intersection and signal and will improve safety and mobility.
When complete, new bridges will carry free-flowing Hwy 10 traffic over Benton CR 2, ramps will provide improved access to local roads, and new acceleration lanes at Hwy 10 and CR 31/Gateway Dr will address the area's growing commercial freight traffic.
Local roads and utilities will also be improved.
