The intersection is scheduled to remain closed through May 23, and is the first of two planned 30-day closures of the intersection. The second closure is scheduled for October, 2013.

While the intersection is closed, two signed detours will direct drivers to County Road 120 and businesses on either side of Highway 15.

Temporary ramps will open from northbound Highway 15 and eastbound County Road 120, and from southbound Highway 15 and westbound County Road 120, in late May 23.

County Road 120 crossing Highway 15 will remain closed until the Highway 15/County Road 120 Diverging Diamond Interchange project is completed in fall, 2013.

When complete, the project will increase safety and mobility in the area.
