Public invited to provide feedback on plans for Hwy 24 improvements in Clearwater, Clear Lake
2018 project will resurface roadway, improve accessibility
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Residents and business owners are invited to an open house on Tuesday, Jan. 24, to learn and provide feedback about a 2018 construction project on Highway 24 through Clearwater and Clear Lake.
The open house will occur from 5 to 7 p.m. at Clear Lake City Hall, 7684 First Avenue W. More information
Those attending the meeting can view a preliminary layout of the proposed project, learn how the project may affect their property and travel, take home information and get their questions answered directly from Minnesota Department of Transportation staff responsible for designing the project.
The project as proposed will resurface Highway 24 between Interstate 94 in Clearwater and Highway 10 in Clear Lake, and improve sidewalks and pedestrian crossings to improve accessibility.
