All lanes open on Hwy 9 south of Doran
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — (11:20 a.m.) All lanes have been reopened on Highway 9 south of Doran. The southbound lane was closed for several hours today, as railroad crews performed emergency repairs at the crossing.
