Eastbound I-90 lane closure planned for Feb. 22 at Dresbach bridge site

ROCHESTER, Minn. –   Interstate 90 motorists should slow down and be alert for a lane closure in the Dresbach bridge construction zone Monday, Feb. 22, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

On Feb. 22 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the right lane in eastbound I-90 will be closed.

The $187.5 million river bridge project is a cooperative effort between the Minnesota and Wisconsin departments of transportation and will continue into the fall. The project includes constructing a new I-90 crossing over the Mississippi River and reconstructing the Highway 61/14 and the I-90 interchange.

MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
