Eastbound I-90 lane closure postponed to Feb. 25 at Dresbach bridge site
ROCHESTER, Minn. – A planned lane closure on Interstate 90 in the Dresbach bridge construction zone on Monday, Feb. 22 has been postponed until Thursday, Feb. 25, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Motorists should slow down and be alert for a right lane closure from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on eastbound I-90 in the Dresbach bridge construction zone.
The $187.5 million river bridge project is a cooperative effort between the Minnesota and Wisconsin departments of transportation and will continue into the fall. The project includes constructing a new I-90 crossing over the Mississippi River and reconstructing the Highway 61/14 and the I-90 interchange.
MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
