Hwy 60 closed at Wabasha Bridge for semitrailer-train crash in Wisconsin

ROCHESTER, Minn. (6:25 p.m.) – Highway 60 at the Wabasha Bridge is closed while emergency responders attend to a semitrailer-train crash at Nelson, Wisconsin, which is across the Mississippi River from Wabasha, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The crash has closed the highway into Wisconsin. The train tracks are adjacent to Nelson, which is approximately 3 miles from Wabasha, Minnesota.

•     Watch for signs, equipment and workers
•     Minimize distractions, such as using cell phones, eating or drinking

•     Stay in one lane while driving through a work zone
