UPDATE: I-90 traffic detoured near Nodine in Winona County for crash closure
ROCHESTER, Minn. – (2:45 p.m.) Both directions of Interstate 90 remain closed at this hour near the Nodine exit (exit 267) in Winona County. Traffic is being detoured because of a crash involving two semitrailers, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The detour route for westbound I-90 traffic is Highway 61 north. Motorists can reconnect with I-90 via connecting highways on their route. Motorists who are eastbound on I-90 are being detoured at exit 267 to Winona County Road 1 to La Crescent to then reconnect with I-90.
MnDOT will reopen portions of the highway as soon as it is safe to do so following the State Patrol’s investigation. Follow updates on MnDOT District 6’s Twitter at www.twitter.com/mndotsoutheast. MnDOT will announce the reopening of I-90 via Twitter.
