Hwy 14 closed, detoured in Winona for pedestrian-vehicle crash investigation
WINONA, Minn. (7:45 a.m.) — Hwy 14 motorists at Winona are being detoured Monday morning while law enforcement investigates a pedestrian-vehicle crash, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred Monday morning near Knopp Valley Drive and Hwy 14.
Motorists from Winona are being route north on Hwy 61 to Winona County Road 23 and back to Hwy 14 west of Winona at Stockton.
Motorists will experience delays as traffic is expected to be detoured for several hours until authorities complete their investigation.
