Bridge lanes over Hwy 52 reopened near Marion after repairs completed
ROCHESTER, Minn. — All traffic lanes on the Olmsted Co. Rd. 36 bridge over Hwy 52 southeast of Rochester reopened Monday, Aug. 26 after crews completed concrete repairs, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The county road, which is also called Marion Road, had a single-lane crossing with a temporary traffic signal during the weeklong project where MnDOT bridge maintenance crews repaired a concrete approach panel.
MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
