Upcoming traffic impacts

A 4-5-week detour is planned during culvert replacement. Route is Wabasha Co. Rd. 18 west from Hwy 61 at Kellogg to Wabasha Co. Rd. 4 south, where it rejoins Hwy 42 near Plainview.

Wabasha County will also be doing work at Wabasha Co. Rds. 4 and 8 and will be coordinating with MnDOT on access.

During paving operations, minor delays are expected with flaggers stopping traffic to allow a pilot car to guide traffic back on one lane where paving is occurring.
