The public is invited to an open house on Wednesday, May 1 in Homer to learn more about the improvements planned for Highway 61 during a paving project that begins in May from Homer to Interstate 90 .
Representatives of MnDOT will be available to answer questions and provide information from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Homer Town Hall, 36087 Old Homer Road in Homer.
During the open house, people may drop by at any time during the session to talk with the project manager and other MnDOT staff, learn more about the project and ask questions. There is no formal presentation. Maps and information will be available for review.
