Second open house for Hwy 23 safety assessment set for April 12
WILLMAR, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will hold the second open house for the Highway 23 safety assessment in Marshall on Tuesday, April 12 from 4-6 pm at the Marshall-Lyon County Library.
The open house will utilize a different format than the first open house, which was held earlier this year. The second open house will involve structured presentations at 4 pm and 5 pm.
MnDOT staff, assessment partners, and staff from SRF, the consultant hired to complete the safety assessment, will be present after the presentations to answer questions and gain feedback from community members.
