Hwy 23 resurfacing project in Marshall delayed until August 24
WILLMAR, Minn. – The Highway 23 resurfacing project in Marshall starts Wednesday, August 24. This project includes the resurfacing (thin mill and overlay) of Highway 23 from Tiger Drive to 300th Street/County Road 67.
Motorists can expect short delays as lane closures will occur. The work will be done under traffic utilizing a pilot car with flaggers.
The project is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day September 9, 2016.
MnDOT asks motorists to slow down and pay attention while driving through work zones. Remember orange cones, no phones. Motorists who speed through a work zone or who disobey work zone flaggers face a $300 fine.
