Public open house for Highway 23 project to be held March 12
WILLMAR, Minn. — MnDOT is hosting an open house on Thursday, March 12 in New London for the upcoming Highway 23 J-turn project.
The public meeting will be held from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church in New London.
Staff from MnDOT will be present to talk about the project and answer questions. A presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m.
The Highway 23 J-turn project includes the construction of a J-turn at the intersection of Highway 23 and Highway 9 in New London. Safety improvements for people who walk and bike along Highway 9 in New London are also part of the project. The project is scheduled to begin in 2022.
