Southbound I-35 lane closures near North Branch begin Oct 6
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists will encounter off-peak, daytime lane closures on Interstate 35 between North Branch and Forest Lake starting Oct. 6.
Beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, southbound I-35 between Highway 95 and Highway 8 will be reduced to a single lane as maintenance crews conduct road repair work. The crews will work on the road in segments between 8 a.m. and approximately 6 p.m. daily. Motorists can expect the work area to change as crews move throughout the project area. Motorists also should watch for narrowing lanes in the work zone.
Crews will complete the work by the end of October, weather permitting. Motorists are urged to slow down, plan ahead and allow more time to reach their destination. Follow us on Twitter @mndotnews for daily traffic updates.
