About this project

Crews will convert the intersection of Hwy 3 and 170th St. into a single lane roundabout; convert bypass lanes to dedicated left turn lanes at 200th St., 197th St. and Chesterfield Way; and construct a new left turn lane at 209th St. These improvements are planned to increase safety and mobility on Hwy 3. The roundabout at Hwy 3 and 170th St. will provide a safer intersection by reducing turning conflicts and slowing speeds. Conversion of the bypass lanes to dedicated left turn lanes are also expected to improve safety on the roadway.

Summary of work

  • Add a roundabout at 170th St.
  • Construct left turn lanes at 200th St., 202nd St./Chesterfield Way, 197th St. and 209th ┬áSt.
