Ramp to southbound I-35 from Highway 45 in Scanlon closed Sept. 10

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing the ramp to southbound I-35 from Highway 45 in Scanlon on Sept. 10 for routine bridge inspections. Motorists can expect the closure to last from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A detour on Highway 45 to Highway 210 will be posted. This work will also require a right lane closure on southbound I-35.
