Highway 22 detour extended to Oct. 23 for culvert replacement

WILLMAR, Minn. – The detour of Highway 22 from Litchfield to Eden Valley is extended to Oct. 23, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Through traffic is routed to Highway 24, Meeker County Road 34, and Highway 55 so that crews can replace a culvert just north of 355th Street.

The project was expected to be completed by Oct. 17; however, the new completion date is Oct. 23 by end of day, depending on weather and other unforeseeable circumstances.
