Lane closures Nov. 4 in Hwy 61/43 roundabout in Winona for pavement marking work

WINONA, Minn. – Motorists in Winona may see traffic delays on Tuesday, Nov. 4 while crews replace direction markings in the two-lane roundabout at Highway 61/3, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The roundabout will remain open during the work.

Work is planned 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MnDOT crews will close one lane within the roundabout and keep the other open. They will be grinding in markings in each of the lanes in eight locations that show motorists where to drive through or continue their turns. Signs in advance will direct motorists into a single lane through the roundabout.
