Public invited to update meeting for 2027 construction on Hwy 2 in Proctor

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be holding an informational meeting about 2027 construction on Highway 2 in Proctor between Boundary Avenue and Midway Road on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC) (100 Pionk Drive, Proctor, MN 55810) in the Council Chambers Room. Parking and entry are through Door #6.
