This 8 page brochure contains information regarding several traffic control measures within the field of Traffic Engineering.  The topics include an explanation of pedestrian rights and regulations in crosswalks, a brief guide to the steps in justifying a traffic signal, a summary of several signing programs across the state, and description of the different types of speed limits and how the limits are set.

This brochure was written within the Mn/DOT Office of Traffic, Security and Operations, and reflects procedures, programs, policies and laws within the state of Minnesota.
