I-494/694 ramp closures scheduled to begin July 31
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists in the Woodbury and Oakdale area will encounter ramp closures starting July 31, weather permitting.
Beginning at 6 a.m. Friday, July 31, the following ramps will close through early September:
- Tamarack Road ramp to northbound I-494
- Northbound I-694 ramp to 10th Street
The ramp closures are needed to allow crews to complete construction. All closures are weather and project readiness dependent and may be rescheduled.
The Interstate 94/494/694 interchange and bridge reconstruction project is being done to provide a smoother, safer, long-lasting road with updated bridges and some mobility improvements.
