The proposed project includes resurfacing between 17th Avenue Northeast in Roseau and Highway 313 in Warroad, realignment of 1.3 miles of Highway 11 south of the Roseau Municipal Airport, and reconstructing Highway 11 between 550th Avenue and 570th Avenue to a three-lane section.

The open house and public hearing will be held on June 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Roseau Civic Center, 121 Center Street East, in Roseau.
