No travel advised on 200 in northwest Minnesota
High winds and limited visibility create hazardous driving conditions from Ada to Halstad
BEMIDJI, Minn. – (8:00 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation advises no travel on 200 from Ada to Halstad due to high winds causing blowing snow, slippery conditions and reduced visibility.
Polk County Sheriff’s office has also advised motorists to use caution while traveling on Polk County area roads.
No Travel Advised means that the roadway condition has deteriorated and/or visibility has been reduced to the point that it is very dangerous to travel. Motorists are advised not to travel in these areas until conditions improve.
