Hwy 15 temporarily closed south of Kimball

WILLMAR, Minn. – (5:15 a.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation has temporarily closed Highway 15 from the Stearns/Kandiyohi County line to Kimball, due to a jackknifed semi blocking the roadway. Drivers should choose alternate routes until 511mn.org shows that the road has reopened.

Roads throughout Kandiyohi and Meeker counties are icy; travelers are urged to lower speeds and keep a safe distance from other vehicles.
