MnDOT warns motorists of water over the road on Hwy 71 south of Belgrade
WILLMAR, Minn. – (4:45 a.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on Highway 71 about 4.5 miles south of Belgrade to drive with caution. There is water over the road and drivers should slow down when approaching the warning lights placed at the site.
