Hwy 71 reopened south of Belgrade
WILLMAR, Minn. – (3:30 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened Hwy 71 about 4.5 miles south of Belgrade. It was closed yesterday due to water over the road and shoulder repairs.
