Hwy 40 reopened near Milan Bridge
WILLMAR, Minn. – (10:30 a.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened Highway 40 from Milan to Highway 119. It was closed April 16 due to the continued pushing of ice onto the roadway from Lac qui Parle Lake near the Milan Bridge.
