Updated DCP Checklist

The DCP Checklist has undergone a big overhaul. Changes include:
- New formatting to make document more user-friendly. The numbering of steps has changed, but the forms remain the same.
- Updating obsolete information from years past and adding/providing more up to date guidance. All relevant information is still included.
- Providing appropriate links when available so that needed information/documents are easier to find.
The new version is available now. We also have an old version of the checklist, which be available until the end of the year. Both are currently on the State Aid DCP webpage. Effective January 1, 2024, the old checklist will be removed and only the new DCP Checklist will listed. NOTE - if your agency is currently using the old version for an upcoming project, there is no need to switch over to the new version.
