Awarded 2023 Greater Minnesota HSIP projects

The 2023 Greater Minnesota federal local Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Solicitation awarded 49 projects over $20.7 million.

There were 59 applications received for the 2023 HSIP solicitation, which opened on September 10, 2023 and closed on November 22, 2023. The HSIP Committee composed of one city engineer, one county engineer, MnDOT State Aid and MnDOT Office of Traffic Engineering staffs reviewed these applications, scored and was able to award 49 projects in February 2024.
