We would like to welcome Kelly Lammon to State Aid Finance on 7/3/2024 as a trainer, backfilling in Mike Kilanowski’s position until his upcoming retirement this September. She comes to the state with a diverse background in a variety of fields from private business, local and Tribal Government, non-profits and even commercial fishing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Many of those years were spent training others and creating systems and programs. Kelly spent the last 10 years of her career at Itasca County as their Transportation Accountant.
