This project will require a full detour of Highway 6 on Itasca County Road 14 to Highway 38 to Itasca County Road 286. Work is expected to begin on June 8 and last through November.

The bridge is currently open to two-way traffic.

About this project

This project will reconstruct the bridge over the Bigfork River on Hwy 6 just north of the southern junction of Itasca County Road 14. This bridge is currently weight restricted due to its condition.
