This project includes 4.8 miles of bituminous mill, overlay, pavement reclamation, ADA improvements through Proctor, and a new signal with safety and intersection improvements at Boundary Avenue. A portion of the project will require a detour.
Public Meetings
A project update meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC) (100 Pionk Drive, Proctor, MN 55810) in the Council Chambers Room. Parking and entry is at Door #6.
