MnDOT's Shoreview Training and Conference Center provides an off-site meeting and learning environment for government agencies (city, county and state) to hold conferences, workshops and training sessions.
MnDOT employees can view room availability by going to Calendar in Microsoft Outlook. Once in Calendar view, click on New Appointment, click on Scheduling Assistant, then click on Add Rooms button in the lower left of the window. In the Search window, select the More Columns button, type in the word Training and click Go. A list of Training Center rooms will appear. Select any rooms you want to use. The rooms' availability schedule will display.
