Transportation research syntheses

A transportation research synthesis (TRS) is a short-turnaround research report that addresses a specific research topic. It includes summaries of completed and in-progress research, and reports about current practice in departments of transportation (DOTs). A TRS includes a literature search, but also analyzes the results of interviews or surveys. The resources found are clearly organized and summarized, with contact names, web links and other specifications.
