Rulemaking for Limousine Services, Chapter 8880

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is requesting comments on changes to rules for Limousine Services in Minnesota.

MnDOT's Office of Freight and Commercial Vehicle Operations is required to administer and oversee for-hire limousine services in Minnesota by certifying and regulating limousine operators and drivers, and follows procedures in Minnesota Rules, chapter 8880.
