I-94 Clearwater to Monticello

Project description
This project will reconstruct road surface on both directions of I-94 east of Wright County Road 39 in Monticello to TH 24 in Clearwater.
Specifically, the project proposes to complete the following:
- Reconstruction of approximately 14 miles of 94 from east of Wright CR 39 in Monticello to TH 24 in Clearwater.
- Construction of a third general purpose lane in each direction into the center median with a raised concrete barrier.
- Construct new noise wall along the north side of WB I-94 west of Monticello.
- Construct a Commercial vehicle inspection area within the Enfield Rest Area along EB I-94.
- Construction of additional ponds for drainage.
The approximate cost of the project is $75-85 million.

This project is planning to use a low bid schedule and award apart from a possible A+B criterion.
