Right of Way Mapping and Monitoring
MnDOT’s Right of Way Mapping and Monitoring (RWMM) application is an interactive web-based map and index system. It’s designed to help find highway right of way information.
Please be advised that right-of-way maps are no longer being updated (as of 2023) and do not include recent project information. Current right-of-way project details are available through the GIS features and associated links.
Launch RWMM
This application provides access to several MnDOT datasets, including historic highway right-of-way maps, historic railroad maps, plats, and graphic commissioners’ orders. Users can also view additional MnDOT data such as right-of-way lines, parcel shapes, control sections, bridges, and more. In addition, users can search for and download historic right-of-way maps.
Launch eDOCS
Through eDOCS, users can access items such as right of way maps, commissioners' orders, road and bridge plans, and survey and utility permit records.
