About this project
We rebuilt the 63rd Ave. bridge over Hwy 169 in Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove. The previous bridge was built in 1968 and its condition had deteriorated to a point where it needed to be fully replaced.
Summary of work
- Replaced 63rd Ave. bridge over Hwy 169
- Extended acceleration lanes on Hwy 169
- Constructed a multi-use trail between Mendelssohn Ave. and Magda Dr.
- ADA improvements
- Signing replacement at the exits to EB I-94 and EB I-694
