I-35 single lane closures at Twin Ports Interchange

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close single lanes in both directions on I-35 through the Twin Ports Interchange project area this week. Previously announced hours for some closures have changed so MnDOT crews can accomplish bridge and wall painting work during nicer weather.

6/18 - Southbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane from Garfield Avenue to 27th Avenue West between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
6/19 and 6/20 - Southbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane from Garfield Avenue to 27th Avenue West between 6 a.m. and dark.
6/20 - Northbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane from 27th Avenue West and Garfield Avenue between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
6/21 - Northbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane from 27th Avenue West and Garfield Avenue between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
6/21 - Southbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane from Garfield Avenue to 27th Avenue West between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m.
