DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will fully close northbound I-35 through the Twin Ports Interchange nightly from Monday, June 24, through Friday, June 28. At the same time, southbound I-35 will be reduced to one lane through the project area. Southbound I-35 will also be reduced to one lane on Monday, June 24, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
