Detour extended: Northbound lane closure in Hwy 15 roundabout at Airport Road in Hutchinson

WILLMAR, Minn. – Minnesota Department of Transportation announces update regarding the northbound lane closure in the roundabout at Airport Road and Hwy 15 in Hutchinson. The closure, initially scheduled to end today, Oct. 2, has been extended through Oct. 3 to accommodate ongoing concrete repairs and necessary curing time.

Northbound traffic from Co. Rd. 18 to Airport Road will be detoured to Co. Rd. 18, Co. Rd. 7, and Airport Road. Northbound travelers should allow extra travel time.

Southbound traffic at the roundabout is not affected; however, drivers are asked to be alert for crews and equipment, and to reduce their speed near the work zone to ensure everyone’s safety.
