ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host a March 12 public meeting to share an overview of the Highway 169 and Highway 282/County Road 9 project work, traffic impacts and construction schedule.

The meeting is 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12 at the Jordan Community Education and Recreation Center. There will be no formal presentation. People are invited to stop by at their convenience throughout the meeting. The project team will be available to offer information and answer questions about the project.

In case of inclement weather, visit the project webpage for meeting updates.
A virtual presentation will be posted on the project webpage following the meeting at mndot.gov/metro/projects/hwy169-hwy282jordan.

Construction at Highway 169 and Highway 282/County Road 9 in Jordan will begin in spring 2025, weather and schedule permitting. Motorists will encounter single-lane traffic in both directions of Highway 169 and local detours for roundabout construction at County Road 9 and Valley View Drive.

MnDOT, in partnership with the city of Jordan and Scott County, will build a new interchange at Highway 169 and Highway 282/County Road 9 from spring 2025 through 2027. Construction will include two bridges, large drainage culverts, two roundabouts, a pedestrian tunnel, sidewalks, retaining walls and noise walls. The project will improve safety and traffic flow and create better connections for pedestrians and bicyclists.
