These cities are beyond the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Council and projects within their city limits are fully eligible for the 2024 AT Infrastructure Solicitation whether their geographical location is within or outside the seven county metro area. The AT Infrastructure eligibility and selection pool graphic reflects this eligibility change.
