Funding still available for IIJA

In Minnesota, cities, counties, tribes, and the state have been awarded hundreds of millions of dollars from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill - Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Act (IIJA) from various discretionary grant opportunities. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill - IIJA, expires in 2026 – with less than two years left, there is still time to apply for transportation funding grants.

- Application deadline: December 16, 2024
- Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-Saving Transportation (PROTECT)
- Application deadlines:
- FY 2024-2025 applications: February 24, 2025
- FY 2026 applications: February 24, 2026
- Application deadlines:
- Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE)
- Applications deadline: January 30, 2025
